What is an Order ID?
Your Order ID is a unique identifier for each trade you've placed on OG.com. Customer Support may ask you to share it so they can quickly locate your trade and help resolve your query. This is currently available on the App (iOS/Android) only.
How to locate it?
1. Open the OG.com app and sign in
2. Tap the Positions tab at the bottom
3. Switch to the History tab to view your past orders
4. Tap on the order you want to reference to open its details
5. Your Order ID is displayed at the very bottom of the screen
6. Copy it, or take a screenshot, and share it with Customer Support
Tip: If you have multiple trades on the same event, double-check you're selecting the correct one before sharing.
