What is Social?
OG.com’s Social feature lets you discover traders, check their profiles and stats, and follow the ones worth watching. When someone you follow places a trade, you’ll get a notification. If the contract they traded is still active, you can trade the same contract.
You’re always in control of what you share with others.
How do I manage who can see my profile activity?
Your profile is always visible, but you can choose how much detail others can see by going to Settings > Profile > Profile visibility.
Full: Stats and recent trading activity are visible. Followers can receive notifications when you trade.
Limited: Stats are visible. Trading activity and trade notifications are hidden.
Minimum: Only basic details are visible (username, avatar, followers, following, date joined, and trade count). You won’t appear on the Leaderboard, Top trades, or suggested follows.
Fully verified users with Full or Limited visibility may appear on the Leaderboard, Top trades, or suggested follows. Users with Minimum visibility won't appear in those sections.
Note: You’ll always be able to see your own complete profile, regardless of your setting.
How do I find people to follow?
You can discover traders in a few places:
Leaderboard: Browse top-ranked traders by volume, PnL, or number of trades.
Top trades: See standout individual trades and follow the traders behind them.
Suggested follows: During onboarding, OG.com recommends traders based on the categories you’re interested in. The same suggestions are available after onboarding.
Shared links: Tap any profile link shared with you to view that trader and follow them.
How do I follow and unfollow people?
Tap Follow on any profile, or tap Following to unfollow. You can also follow back directly from your Followers list.

Following other users is one-way and public.
You’ll need a fully verified account to follow others or be followed.

How do I mute notifications from someone?
Tap the notification icon on their profile and turn off New trades. You’ll stay following them, and they won’t know you muted them.
How do I manage my notifications?
You can reach Social notification settings from two places:
Settings > Push notifications > Social
Portfolio > Bell icon > Settings > Push notifications > Social
From there, you can toggle notifications for:
New followers
New trades from people you follow
Note: Your follows and profile visibility stay the same regardless of these settings.
What’s the difference between visibility, muting, and unfollowing?
Visibility controls what others can see on your profile
Muting stops trade notifications from someone you follow, without unfollowing them
Unfollowing removes someone from your Following list and stops their trade notifications
Can I trade a contract I see on someone’s profile?
Yes. If the market is still open, tap Buy on the contract to place your own trade. You’ll see the current price and enter your own amount before confirming. Prices change in real time, so your price may differ from theirs.
For Combos, any legs that are no longer available are removed automatically before you continue.
How are profile stats calculated?
Profile stats are based on settled trades only:
Profit and loss: Realized results from settled contracts.
Win rate: The percentage of settled contracts with a positive return.
Trade count: The total number of settled contracts.
Your trade feed may include open or unsettled activity, so it won’t always match your stats.
What is the Leaderboard?
The Leaderboard ranks the top 10 traders for each category. You can filter time (all-time, week, or month) and trading activity (volume, PnL, number of trades). Volume is the default.

Can I upload my own profile photo or change my username?
Custom profile photo uploads are coming soon. For now, you can choose from the available profile avatars.
You can change your username anytime by going to Profile > Settings.
Why can’t I follow someone or be followed?
Only users with a fully verified account can follow others and be followed. Complete verification to start connecting with other traders.
Why can’t I see someone’s trading activity?
Trading activity is only visible on profiles set to Full visibility. If a user has chosen Limited or Minimum, their trades won’t be shown.
If you’re browsing on the web without signing in, you can view public profiles but won’t see trading activity or be able to follow anyone.
Why don’t I appear on the Leaderboard?
A few possible reasons:
Your profile visibility is set to Minimum. Switch to Full or Limited to be eligible.
Your account isn’t fully verified.
You don’t have enough settled trading activity to rank in the top 10.
To update your visibility, go to Profile > Settings > Profile visibility.
