What is the Referral Reward?
The Referral Reward program gives you the opportunity to receive $10 every time you bring in a new user to OG.com. Your friend can receive $10, too!
Rewards are distributed based on the referee's trading activity and milestones achieved during their first days on the platform.
How does the program reward both referrers and referees?
OG.com distributes rewards to both the referrer and the referee.
Each time the referee reaches a trading milestone, OG.com automatically credits the rewards to both users’ wallets.

How do I refer friends and earn rewards?
To refer new users:
From the side navigation or the Promos page, click Refer and get $10
You can refer a friend using the following options:
Copy link: Click the ‘copy’ icon and share the link with your friend
Share button: Click the ‘Share’ button to view the options to share the link with your friend
How do I earn rewards as a newly referred user?
To start earning rewards:
Sign up to OG.com and input the referral code when you input your email address, or sign in to your OG.com account
On Web:
From your Promos page or side navigation menu, go to Refer and get $10 > Claim a code > Enter code
On App:
From your Positions page, Promos page or side navigation menu, go to Refer and get $10 > Claim a code > Enter code
Apply the referral code using one of the following options:
Enter code: Enter the referral code in the field and click Confirm
You have 30 days to complete the trading tasks, and your 30-day reward window starts once you enter the referral code.
How are the trading milestones for referral rewards determined?
The trading milestones are determined by tracking your referee’s trading volume for opening positions when the position expires and settles. You can view the required trading amount by going to the Refer and get $10 page.
Trading volume is calculated by:
Trading Volume = Buy Orders - (Canceled Orders + Reversed Trades + Sell Orders)
Note: The position must be settled for the open position trade volume to be tracked. If the position was partially or fully closed by the referee, the corresponding open position trade volume will not contribute to the milestone tracker.
Eligibility criteria
The 30-day reward window starts when the referee’s identity verification is completed and the referral code is entered, and is on a rolling-clock basis.
Only contracts that settle within the 30-day window count toward the trading volume. Contracts that settle after the window do not count.
Contracts purchased at a price of $0.80 or higher are excluded from the trading volume
Trades that have rewards applied are excluded from the trading volume
All trading is subject to the provisions set forth in the OG.com Prediction Markets Rules, including Rule 5.19 (Prohibited Transactions And Activities For Trading Members).
When do I receive my referral rewards?
Your rewards are credited to your wallet within 24 hours after your referee reaches a trading milestone.
How are the rewards distributed?
The rewards are distributed as bonuses or rebates, depending on your jurisdiction:

Rebate | Gives you cash back, but you pay the cost upfront. You must hold the position until settlement. If you manually close the trade early, the Rebate is forfeited. If you partially close the trade, your cash back is adjusted to match the opening value of the outstanding position at the time of settlement. | Apply a $20 Rebate to a $100 trade. You pay $100 today, and receive $20 in cash once the trade settles.

Do referral rewards expire?
Yes. Referral rewards expire at 23:59 ET on the seventh day after issuance.
Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can receive?
Yes, as a referrer, you can get up to 40 referral rewards per your account’s lifetime. A referral counts once the referred user successfully completes the trade task and both of you are rewarded. Additional referrals will not earn rewards.
As a referee, if your referrer has reached their referral limit for rewards, no rewards will be available for this referral.
Why can’t I add a referral code?
You can add a referral code within 14 days of completing identity verification. After that, you no longer qualify as a referee and the option is removed.
How do I track my referrals and rewards?

Go to Refer and get $10 > Referral activity. A checklist under each referee displays completed milestones and the rewards you have earned.
