Moneyline
A moneyline market trades on the outright winner of an event.
Yes position: You win if your selected team wins the event
No position: You win if your selected team loses the event

For most sports, overtime is included. For soccer, markets settle on the 90-minute result plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalties do not count unless explicitly stated.
Non-sports events settle based on the official data source certified in the contract rules.
Spread
A spread market adjusts the final result of a matchup or data release by a set numerical margin.
Favorite (-) position: You win if your selected outcome beats the spread margin
Underdog (+) position: You win if your selected team loses by less than the spread margin or wins the event outright

The spread margin is applied to the official result. If the final number lands exactly on the spread number, it is considered a push (tie). See the General Settlement FAQ for details.
Important Note:
OG may offer multiple spread contracts at different lines for the same event. Each contract is priced independently based on its implied probability.
Total (Over/Under)
A total market trades on the cumulative final number of an event, such as combined scores or data percentages.
Over position: You win if the cumulative final number is greater than the posted total line
Under position: You win if the cumulative final number is less than the posted total line

Buying Yes pays out if the combined score of both teams is 216 points or higher.

Player Prop
A player prop market trades on an individual player's performance in a single game, such as points, rebounds, assists, or other statistics.
Yes position: You win if your selected player exceeds the stat line
No position: You win if your selected player stays at or is below the stat line
For example, you trade the LeBron James Over 24.5 contract. Buying Yes pays out if LeBron scores 25 or more points in the selected game. Buying No pays out if he scores 24 points or fewer.
If a player is declared inactive before the game, the contract settles as Event Canceled. For active players who see zero playing time, settlement depends on the sport. See the Sports Settlement FAQ for details.
Futures
A futures market trades on a long-term outcome that resolves at the end of a series, season, tournament, or calendar timeline. Prices continuously adjust to reflect changing probabilities over these durations.
Yes position: You win if your selected team or player wins the designated championship, award, or milestone
No position: You win if your selected team or player fails to win the designated championship, award, or milestone
