OG offers New York State residents a USD Wallet that can be funded via bank transfer from your personal bank account with zero fees*. Once your USD Wallet is set up, you can deposit USD using your personalized account and routing number.
*Please note that OG does not charge any fees for USD deposits via local bank transfers, but your bank might. Please check with them accordingly.
How do I set up my USD Wallet?
Your USD Wallet is automatically created during the OG sign-up process. If the automatic setup was unsuccessful, you can open it manually in a few steps:
1. From the home screen, tap Open Wallet to trade > Open a Wallet. |
2. Submit and verify your SSN and residential address. We may request proof of address or additional information for regulatory reasons.

3. Once your USD Wallet is set up, you will be directed to your available deposit options. |
We do not charge any fees for USD deposits, but your bank might. Check with them accordingly.
Why can't I set up my USD Wallet?
If you are unable to complete the manual setup, it may be because:
Your SSN could not be verified. Please ensure all details are entered correctly.
Your proof of address did not meet our requirements. We only accept government-issued ID or documents issued within the last 6 months. See the full list here.
