Onboarding and Verification (Outside U.S.)

It only takes a few simple steps to create your account:

1. Tap Sign up on the homepage or go to og.com/signup
2. Enter your email and tap Create account, or select Continue with Apple or Continue with Google
3. Verify your email address by entering the 6-digit code sent to your inbox
4. Verify your mobile number by entering the 6-digit code sent to your phone
5. Submit your valid government-issued ID (e.g., national ID, driver's license, or passport) and complete a quick selfie verification check What happens after I submit? Your account will show one of these statuses: Verification Pending: Your application is under review. This can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days, depending on your country of application, nationality, and document quality. If your status does not update after 3 days, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Please do not send us any unsolicited personal information (e.g., pictures, scans, PDFs, etc.). Verification Incomplete: An issue was found with your submission. Tap Resubmit in the app to try again. If the issue persists after 2 to 3 attempts, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Verification Approved: You're all set. Depending on your region, trading access may take a moment to activate after approval. Important Note: Additional checks are required by regulation and do not necessarily indicate a problem with your account.
6. Answer a few additional questions, and you’ll be all set.
