Frequently asked questions regarding the One-button Lock Feature

During login, it says my account is locked, but I’ve never locked my OG account before. Why is that?

OG and Crypto.com accounts are linked. It is likely that you have locked your account on Crypto.com previously; therefore, you cannot log into OG either. To unlock your account, please contact the OG or Crypto.com Customer Support Team at [email protected] or chat.crypto.com.

If you have lost access to your device or suspect your account is compromised, you may also reach out to the Crypto.com Customer Support Team at chat.crypto.com to temporarily lock your account for the time being until the feature is available on OG. This effectively restricts access to your OG account and prevents the withdrawal of your cash balance.

Important: Once you have locked your account, you will not be able to log in to all OG and Crypto.com accounts with your email address.

What will happen to my OG account after it is locked?

Once your account is locked, it will be affected in the following ways:

Log-in

Restricted.

Fiat Withdrawal

Pending withdrawals will continue to be processed.

New withdrawal requests are not allowed.

Opening & Closing Position

Restricted. No further actions can be performed on open positions.

Positions will settle automatically as usual.
