Why am I being asked to log in with my Crypto.com account?

Your Crypto.com and OG accounts are linked to provide access across both platforms.

If the details you enter match an existing Crypto.com account, we’ll prompt you to log in with your Crypto.com credentials to continue.

Once logged in, you’ll be redirected back to OG to continue onboarding or start trading, if eligible.

Do I need to create a separate OG account?

No. If you already have a Crypto.com account, you don’t need to create a separate OG account.
Your existing Crypto.com account will also give you access to OG once linked.
