How to deposit using Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Apple Pay and Google Pay are payment initiation methods linked to an eligible payment card. Additional terms and conditions imposed by the card issuer may apply.
1. Go to Deposit on the homepage. Select Apple Pay / Google Pay. | |

3. Review and confirm your deposit, and click on “Apple Pay/Google Pay” when ready. Complete the respective Apple Pay/Google Pay flow. | |

Why am I getting charged in USD instead of my home currency?
As all trading on OG is done solely in USD, all customers are granted access to a single-currency USD wallet.
Do keep in mind that there is a foreign exchange fee that will be imposed by your bank when converting from a foreign currency to USD. This may also be reflected in your bank statement.
Why is my bank charging me another fee for using my debit card?
Some financial institutions may charge a fee for debit card transactions. Please contact your issuing bank for more information.
Why did my transaction fail?
Some common reasons for transaction failure are as follows:
The transaction was not completed in time.
The financial institution that issued your card may have certain risk policies that restrict the use of your card. In such cases, please contact your card issuer for assistance.
Using a credit card via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
