Troubleshooting

How long will it take for me to receive a withdrawal to my debit card?

Debit Card withdrawals can take up to 3 business days to settle back in the bank account that’s linked to your Debit Card.

I’ve cancelled my card. Can I still withdraw funds to my debit card?

Yes, you can still withdraw funds to your debit card even if you have cancelled the card. We will still be able to initiate a withdrawal of funds back to the account that’s linked to your Debit Card.

I’ve closed my bank account that’s linked to the card. Can I still withdraw my funds?

Yes, you can still withdraw funds to your debit card even if your bank account is closed. The funds be sent back to the bank account that the card was previously linked to. Once the funds have arrived, the bank will reach out to you to notify you of an existing credit on your account, and ask for a new account to send the funds to. This would be handled by your bank, and not by OG.

Why can’t I withdraw all the funds that I have in my wallet to my debit card?

Our Debit Card withdrawal process only supports withdrawals of the principal amount that was funded via the Debit Card, and not the entire USD balance that you have with OG.

For example, if you have used Card A to top-up $150 to your OG wallet, you can only withdraw $150 back to Card A. If you have made a profit with that $150, and your wallet balance is now $400, you can withdraw $150 back to Card A, and withdraw the remaining amount via ACH.

Can I withdraw funds to a different card?

Withdrawing funds back to a card that is NOT the same as the card that was used for the initial top-up is not allowed. You can only withdraw funds to the same debit card that was used for the funding.

For example, if you deposited $150 to your OG wallet with Card A, you can only withdraw $150 back to Card A. You are not allowed to withdraw $150 back to Card B.
