USD Withdrawals via the SWIFT Network

Information about USD withdrawals via the SWIFT network and common issues

1. On the Portfolio screen, click on Withdraw

2. If you don't have a bank account linked for withdrawals, you will be guided through adding one.

We recommend making a USD deposit from the same bank account via SWIFT, as this helps verify the account for future withdrawals

3. Choose a withdrawal bank account.

Note: At least one successful deposit is required before you can withdraw the USD balance.

4. Review your SWIFT bank account details. If the account number/IBAN is incomplete, edit it before proceeding.

Note: The edited value must contain the original value; do not replace it entirely.

Example:

Original: “1234567890123456”;

Edited: “AE070331234567890123456

5. If your SWIFT/BIC code is missing, enter it before proceeding.

Note: The code must be 8 or 11 characters and contain only letters and numbers.

6. Input your withdrawal amount and review your withdrawal request

7. Confirm the withdrawal request

8. You'll be notified once your withdrawal is processed. Most withdrawals complete within minutes.

In some cases, such as your first withdrawal, a manual review of 1–3 days may apply.

How long does it take for me to receive the withdrawal in my bank account?

Withdrawals go through two stages:

  • Internal review: 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email and push notification once this is complete.

  • SWIFT transfer: 1–5 business days after the review is complete.

In total, expect to receive funds within 2–8 business days.

Why are USD SWIFT withdrawals not available for me?

You need at least one successful USD SWIFT deposit to your OG wallet before you can withdraw USD to the same bank account. This is a regulatory requirement.

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account verified in your name and may be subject to additional verification, anti-money laundering, and fraud-prevention checks.

What are the SWIFT withdrawal limits and fees?

Minimum Transfer

$100 per transaction

Maximum Transfer (- Daily)*

$100,000 or 5 times a day (whichever comes first)

Maximum Transfer (- Monthly)*

$500,000 or 30 times a month (whichever comes first)

$9 per transaction

Can my deposit or withdrawal be delayed?

Yes. Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed, suspended, or rejected to comply with applicable laws, sanctions requirements, anti-money laundering and fraud-prevention controls, or operational requirements.

In some cases, we may request additional information or documents before funds are credited or released. If this happens, we'll notify you with next steps.
